Acceptance occurs when we confirm your order via email or process payment. Payment methods include bKash, Nagad, cards, and bank transfer as available at checkout. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delays due to customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to cancel or claim compensation unless otherwise required by law. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address; we are not liable for orders lost or misdelivered due to incorrect information.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, unused items in original packaging within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy (typically 7–14 days from delivery).
